White Plains (NY) Mobile Command Center

The White Plains (NY) Mobile Command Center features an LDV-fabricated industry-exclusive flat floor slide out room on this 35ft. Freightliner MT-55 walk-in style van. This all aluminum dry van body includes a Cummins 6.7L diesel engine, Allison 2200 EVS automatic transmission with PTO provision, and Airliner rear air suspension.

At the front of the vehicle is a front conference area with flip-down bench seating, fixed bench seating with underseat storage, three monitors, and a folding leaf conference table. There are four aluminum-framed magnetic dry erase boards found throughout the vehicle. The center of the vehicle features an electronics rack, a slide-out printer tray, and small station with dual monitors for keeping tabs on the perimeter cameras. Custom-fabricated aluminum cabinets provide storage and house a gun cabinet that can accommodate varying barrel sizes. Flush pocket doors provide additional privacy when needed. All vehicle systems can be controlled through LDV's exclusive Intel-I-Touch vehicle automation system. For convenience and safety, blackout curtains can be utilized throughout the exterior to block out light or keep things covert.

The exterior features an LDV-fabricated weatherproof exterior workstation complete with a 43" monitor, Intel-I-Touch mini touch pad, GFCI duplex outlet, Cat6 network jacks, HDMI wall plate input, and a 12v combination with USB chargers. On the back of the vehicle is a non-locking pneumatic mast with 2 dome network cameras. Power can be supplied to the vehicle by a 20-kW 120/240Vac liquid cooled diesel generator. HVAC is handled by a wall-mount electric heater and 3 ducted air conditioners. For parking assistance, a color back-up camera system has been added. A full vehicle wrap finishes off the exterior.
