Wayne Hartley's new 22ft. Peterbilt 337 tool truck is loaded with features! Featuring a PACCAR PX-7 engine and Allison 2500HS transmission, air brakes, and air suspension, this tool truck is ready to get to work. The all-aluminum construction includes a setback entry door with a fixed window, 8" chrome exhaust stacks with diablo tips, and 2,000lb. all-aluminum liftgate. A 7.5KW diesel generator provides electric power to the vehicle when needed and has been installed on a slide-out aluminum tray for easy maintenance and service.
A walk thru from the truck cab to the store area creates an easy transition from driving to selling. The L-shaped desk area not only adds a dedicated area for your laptop and printer, but it also provides display space with the angled knife display and lighted sunglasses display. A microwave has also been added underneath the desk. Black slatwall found throughout provides Wayne with flexibility as he can change the configuration of displays easily. Next to the desk area is a double wide repair stack with carpeted hammer rack and integrated Snap-on "S" glass front refrigerator. A double "brokens" drawer includes two aluminum inserts for broken tools.
ColorCore can be found throughout the vehicle from the face-frame of the double repair stack to the LDV 5-shelf display at the back. A bank of VersaFlex drawers also add to the storage space inside the tool truck. Multiple other displays such as an air tool display, jack display, and cordless power tool display can be found throughout as well. Heavy duty Loncoin vinyl non-slip flooring looks great and is easy to clean. On the rear wall of the vehicle is a 32" LED flat panel TV which can be used to display videos or show off promos in the truck. As an added touch, color chasing LED lights have been added around the top of the vehicle, creating a fun look for when the store is open for business.
