NIPAS Mobile Equipment Vehicle

NIPAS (IL) chose LDV to build their latest Mobile Equipment vehicle. Built on a Ford F550 chassis, the 2wd platform features a 16ft dry van body with integrated storage compartments. Within those storage compartments are custom fabricated aluminum box pan shelving with web cargo netting to secure their gear. Inside the cab, you'll notice a custom fabricated center console that houses a communications radio, emergency lighting and siren controls and more.   Access to the inside of the vehicle is provided by a custom aluminum flip-down rear step and rear entry door. The inside of the vehicle features a control panel for all vital vehicle functions, custom fabricated aluminum cabinetry with dry erase writing surfaces and more gear storage shelving with web cargo netting.   The exterior of the vehicle features a generous lateral arm electric awning and full vehicle graphics package. Electric power is supplied by an on board generator installed within a custom fabricated housing.
