NAWCAD Jammer (MD) Mobile GSU Vehicle

LDV recently completed this Mobile GSU Vehicle for NAWCAD Jammer of Maryland. The vehicle is built on a Ford F-450 4x2 Super Duty chassis and features an all aluminum dry van body. LDV fabricated extreme duty body storage compartments on the exterior of the vehicle for gear storage. A color backup camera system was also installed to assist with parking the vehicle. A single rooftop A/C unit with wall thermostat handles the cooling duties while a wall mounted electric heater handles heating the vehicle during the winter. There is also a direct discharge diesel furnace installed. An Onan Commercial Quiet diesel generator supplies the electric power to the vehicle when deployed. LED scene lights were also installed on the exterior. An aluminum mast with dome network perimeter camera was installed on the rear of the vehicle. A video decoder was also installed.   Inside, there is a fixed bench seat with a magnetic closure pocket door. We also installed dual electronics racks for customer supplied equipment that are on slides to make installs a snap. There are three workstations with spider base task chairs and aluminum cabinets. The rear workstations has a butcher block counter top. CAT6 network wiring and jacks are utilized throughout. Two 32" LED Smart TV monitors are installed on the streetside wall and a 43" 4K Smart TV monitor is installed on the rear wall.
