Monroe Fire Department of Louisiana just took delivery of this Mobile Rehab/Mobile Command Center. Their vehicle is build on a Ford F59 chassis and features a 7.3L V8 gas engine with 6-speed automatic transmission. The all aluminum body features our hand fabricated extreme duty storage compartments. The exterior has a complete emergency lighting and siren package as well as a power retracting curbside awning for shade. Entry into the vehicle is through curbside swing open doors or the rear door with custom aluminum flip down step. The vehicle also features a Brigade 360 select surround surveillance camera system for full vehicle situational awareness. A bright LED scene lighting package was also installed. The rehab/mobile command center also has a roof-mounted Will-Burt Night Scan LED light tower. The light tower has a perimeter IP camera installed.
Inside, there is a rear rehab area with seating up to 8 staff members. Custom aluminum cabinets provide storage for gear. The rehab/mobile command center is also equipped with a lavatory that has a pressurized water system and toilet and a 30-gallon fresh water supply and one 35-gallon waste water holding tank. The front area is for command operations and has a magnetic closure pocket door and four work stations. An overhead electronics rack has been installed. There are additional overhead cabinets as well as laminate counter tops. Two of the workstations have triple 24" monitors each with Dell computers. Four spider base task chairs are utilized at the workstations. The interior also features two magnetic dry erase white boards framed in aluminum. Dual 32" LED TV monitors are wall mounted in the interior.
HVAC duties are handled by two low profile rooftop A/C units with wall thermostat. A Wrico 12kW gasoline generator supplies electric power to the vehicle and a full vehicle surge suppression system protects all of the AC equipment. CAT6 network wiring and jacks are installed throughout the vehicle.
