Mike Eastman's 22ft. Kenworth T-270 Tool Truck

Mike Eastman's new 22ft. Kenworth T-270 Tool Truck features a PACCAR PX-7 diesel engine with Allison 2500HS automatic transmission and air suspension and air brakes. The body is all aluminum construction and has a 2,000lb. auto open/close rear liftgate with Snap-on 100th liftgate graphic installed. The truck has two large exterior storage boxes: 72" and 60" wide. The larger box has dual aluminum bins for broken tools via chute inside the store. An Onan 7.5kW generator supplies electric power to the vehicle, custom train horns are mounted under the box and dual rooftop A/C units help keep the interior cool during the summer.   Inside the store, there is a large L-shaped desk with double tool chute and a lighted knife display. We also integrated a flip-down seat at the workstation. There are three toolbox openings (88", 62" and 54") with smooth plate floor protectors. The double repair stack features a powder coated socket center and slatwall with diagnostic cradles. We also included a hammer rack with vise mount. Chrome magnets offer additional display flexibility. LDV's  5-shelf display is included in the interior for maximum display space with ColorCore faced shelves. There is a 32" LED flat panel monitor also included in the interior.
