This recently-built bomb disposal/EOD vehicle features a Freightliner M2 106 chassis with a Cummins L9 engine, all aluminum body, and rear air ride suspension. Our exclusive Intel-I-Touch™ vehicle automation control system was installed to ensure safety and simplify the setup and shutdown of the vehicle. A motorized retractable lateral arm awning and exterior workstation are located on the curbside.

Inside, we installed a flat-floor slide out room extension, which created space to accommodate (3) workstations, each with a spider base task chair. Workstations include custom fit countertops, 32″ wall mounted monitors, overhead cabinets with dry erase board surfaces. A slide out tray was aded for a Scan-X Scout X-ray machine. Large storage compartments with adjustable shelving and roll-up doors were added, along with shelving for EOD day boxes. At the rear of the truck, we installed a Snap-On tool chest with a butcher block countertop, a helmet dryer, and a flip-down box pan countertop.

A 14kW liquid cooled diesel generator supplies plenty of electric power to the vehicle. Two ducted low profile rooftop A/C units were installed to handle the cooling duties inside the vehicle. An electric heater and a direct discharge furnace are installed to handle the heating duties.
