Check out Matt Vetrone's new tool truck! Built on a Ford F59, this vehicle features a 7.3L Ford gas engine, TorqShift 6-speed automatic transmission, spring suspension, and hydraulic brakes. This all-aluminum construction also features a chrome bumper, chrome heated power mirrors, and a weather resistant storage box with T-handle latches.
When entering the tool truck, a promo shelf with a laced panel greets customers. A torque wrench display sits over the passenger side jump seat as well. Inside the store is a single repair stack with seven ColorCore drawers including a broken tool bin and a carpeted hammer rack. On the side of the carpeted hammer rack is a power strip for diagnostic equipment. Gray slat wall has also been added by this area and the L-shaped workstation, providing Matt with extra space to display his inventory. Air tool ladders can be found on each side of the vehicle. At the rear of the store are promo shelves with silver stanchions, a bank of VersaFlex drawers, and overstock bins. HVAC is handled by a 110 volt 15,000 BTU roof top A/C unit with a heat pack and a single fan hot water heater with shut off valves. Six speakers have been added throughout to keep the tunes pumping while at each stop. The rear swing door opens to the 2,000lb. liftgate which can be used for easy loading and unloading of heavy inventory.
