Lompoc Mobile Children's Library

The Lompoc, CA library chose a 32' Freightliner MT-55 as the chassis for their new Mobile Children's Library. This outreach vehicle will enhance the community with the ability to provide services to those who may not be able to visit the local library branches on their own. The exterior features storage areas, a diesel generator in a custom compartment, and a 19' electric awning. The interior features adjustable aluminum shelving,(2) check-in desks, book carts, Smart TV, bulletin boards,(4) workstations with custom fabricated cabinets, and skylights to keep everything bright.
