Lakeshore Community Clinic (WI) Mobile Medical Vehicle

Built on a Freightliner MT-55 forward control chassis, this custom medical vehicle features a single LDV-fabricated flat floor slide-out, Cummins B6.7L 260HP diesel engine with an Allison 2500 automatic transmission with PTO provision. The vehicle also features a wheelchair lift housed within a body compartment. Body storage compartments have been integrated into the body as well for gear storage. The truck also features rear air suspension. Bright LED scene lights have been integrated into the body as well for night operations. A swing out curbside entry door allows access into the interior along with a front passenger door.

Inside, the vehicle cab area has a galley complete with microwave and refrigerator. A fixed bench seat is also included. The cab area has blackout curtains for privacy. Solid surface counter tops were selected for durability. Soft close magnetic pocket doors are utlized throughout the interior for privacy. The front patient room has a dental exam chair, medical diagnostics set and sink are also part of the patient room. A spider base task chair is also included for staff. Custom powder coated aluminum cabinetry is installed throughout for storage.

The center room features a fixed bench seat for a patient waiting area. A work area with spider base task stool is also included. The lavatory features a DryFlush toilet. A pressurized water supply system has also been integrated into the vehicle. The rear patient room also has a dental exam chair, diagnostics set and ceiling-mount lighting arm.

The HVAC system consists of three ducted low profile rooftop A/C units, direct discharge furnaces and a wall mount electric heater. A powerful 15kW liquid-cooled diesel generator supplies plenty of electric power to the vehicle and a full vehicle surge suppression system protects all of the installed electronics.
