Juniper Health recently took delivery of their new Mobile Education Vehicle. Built on a Ford Commercial Cutaway E-450 chassis, this non-CDL required vehicle features a Triton V-10 (gasoline) engine with automatic transmission and an all aluminum dry van body for durability. Accessibility into the vehicle is handled by a Braun® Century 2 Series electric-hydraulic lift and a custom fabricated curbside entry door. Parking is a snap thanks to the color back-up camera system. Inside you'll find a single workstation with a spider base task chair, fixed bench seating with underseat storage, a stowable center meeting table, custom fabricated aluminum cabinetry and more. A galley with microwave was included in the design. A high resolution display monitor was mounted to the rear wall for training sessions.
Heating and cooling duties are handled buy two low profile rooftop A/C units and a wall-mounted 7,500BTU electric heater. An Onan Commercial 7kW generator was selected for electric power generation. A full vehicle surge suppression system was installed as well. Both interior and exterior lighting is LED. A generous manual retractable awning is also installed on the exterior of the vehicle.
