Hamilton County of Ohio just took delivery of their new mobile tech vehicle. The custom vehicle is built on a Freightliner MT-55 forward control chassis and features air brake and rear air suspension. The truck is powered by a Cummins B6.7L diesel engine with an Allison 2500 EVS automatic transmission with PTO provision. The all aluminum body has our Extreme Duty body storage compartments added for addition gear storage. The exterior also has a full vehicle graphics wrap installed. A complete vehicle leveling system is also installed on the vehicle to stabilize the truck when deployed. A wheelchair lift has also been included for accessibility.
Inside, the vehicle has a front work room for four staff members. We included fixed bench seating as well. Custom fabricated aluminum cabinetry has been installed for interior storage. Spider base task stools (4) are also part of the front room. A medical grade refrigerator and a microwave for convenience have also been installed.
The center of the vehicle has a fixed bench seat to be used as a waiting area. A check-in desk is also included. A lavatory with a dryflush toilet, sink and pressurized water supply with hot water heater is also part of the center room. Magnetic closure pocket doors provide privacy when needed.
The rear patient room has a dental chair and corner staff workstation. A stainless steel sink is also installed. We included a blood drawer chair as well. A wireless microphone system has been installed on the exterior of the vehicle. HVAC duties are handled by three low profile rooftop A/C units along with two direct discharge furnaces. An electric wall mounted heater is also part of the HVAC system. We also installed an air purifier. Plenty of electric power is provided by a 12kW liquid-cooled diesel generator. All vehicle electronics are protected by a full vehicle surge suppression system.
