Collier County Sheriff (FL) Mobile Command Center

Collier County Sheriff of Florida just took delivery of their new mobile command center. Their vehicle is built on a Freightliner 106 conventional cab chassis and features a CUMMINS L9 350HP diesel engine with Allison 3000 EVS automatic transmission. Our exclusive Intel-I-Touch™ vehicle automation system simplifies the deployment of the vehicle on scene (2 screens). We custom fabricated four flat floor slide-outs to add to the all aluminum body. The mobile command center is also equipped with dual exterior workstations: one on the curbside rear slideout and one on the streetside rear slideout. The truck also features our Extreme Duty body storage compartments and one features a gun safe. An auto acquire rooftop satellite is also included. A rear mounted non-locking pneumatic mast with dome network IP camera equipment has also been installed.

Collier County Sheriff also selected a Will-Burt telescoping LED light tower for night operations. The mobile command center has dual awnings as well (curbside and streetside). A complete emergency lighting and siren package has also been installed. Bright LED scene lights around the perimeter of the vehicle are included. A custom fabricated center console in the cab houses an Intel-I-Touch, communications radio and siren controller.

Inside the vehicle is a front work room with solid surface counter tops and spider base task chairs. Custom aluminum cabinets offer storage for gear. Dry erase writing surface is utilized on the upper cabinets. A height adjustable center collaboration table is also part of the front room. Magnetic surface dry erase white boards are installed throughout the vehicle. For privacy, magnetic closure flush mount pocket doors are installed. The center of the vehicle features a large electronics rack, aluminum closet and galley with microwave and refrigerator.

The rear of the interior features a conference room complete with wall mounted MondoPad collaboration monitor. There is a center height adjustable table with seating for 8. Flip down bench seats are also included. There is a corner workstation with high resolution monitor as well.
