Clayton County Police Department chose a 44ft. long aluminum trailer for their new mobile command center. The trailer has three flat-floor slide-outs to maximize available interior workspace. To access the interior, dual curbside entry doors with aluminum stairs are integrated into the trailer. Several underbody storage compartments are also included. A complete LED emergency lighting package was also installed.
LDV built out the interior with custom magnetic closure, soundproof pocket doors, rear conference room, center conference room and a front bulkhead seating area. Magnetic dry erase white boards were built and installed. Two stowable conference tables add meeting space inside the trailer. Spider base task chairs are used throughout and are stowed with securing straps. LDV installed a 65" LED Smart TV on a pull-out wall mount and a 75" LED collaboration monitor. A 4K Blu-Ray player was also installed. A matrix switcher handles the multiple video and input sources. We also prewired the trailer for the customer supplied communications radios. CAT6 network wiring and jacks are used throughout.
