The Victorville, California mobile command center is built on a Freightliner MT-55 forward control chassis and features an all aluminum body construction. The vehicle is powered by a CUMMINS ISB 6.7L 300hp diesel engine with an Allison 2200 EVS automatic transmission. We hand fabricated two flat floor slide-outs to integrate into the body to maximize the available interior workspace. We also built and installed a weatherproof exterior workstation which houses a 43" high resolution display monitor. The mobile command center is also equipped with a vehicle leveling system and a power retracting lateral arm awning on the exterior. The vehicle is simple to deploy thanks to our exclusive Intel-I-Touch™ vehicle automation system.
Inside, the command center has a front conference room with a fixed collaboration table and six spider base task chairs. Flip down bench seating is also included in each slide out for staff. A 43" high resolution display monitor is installed on the curbside slide out wall. Magnetic surface dry erase white boards are also utilized throughout the interior. Interior lighting is LED. A magnetic closure pocket door is also part of the interior design.
The center of the vehicle features a lavatory with a corner sink and toilet. A small galley with microwave, refrigerator and Keurig™ coffee maker are also included. A closet with adjustable shelving provides room for gear.
The rear work room has dual workstations and a wall mounted 24" display monitor. Overhead cabinets have also been installed and feature dry erase writing surface. A small overhead electronics rack houses all of the installed gear. An HDMI matrix switcher can send video signal to any of the installed monitors. We prewired the vehicle for the customer-supplied communications radios. A powerful 10kW commercial quiet generator has been installed to supply plenty of electric power to the vehicle. A full vehicle surge suppression system protects all of the installed equipment.
