City of Crown Point (IN) Mobile Equipment Truck

City of Crown Point Indiana recently took delivery of this new mobile equipment vehicle. Built on a Ford F59 chassis, the vehicle features a V8 engine with 6-speed automatic transmission and all aluminum body construction. There is a custom flip down entry step at the rear of the vehicle. We also integrated our Extreme Duty body storage compartments in the body. A Hannay cord reel with 50ft. of water hose is installed as well. A city water fill inlet is included.

Custom aluminum cabinets with laminate counter tops are included. There is also a stainless steel counter top for extra durability. We custom fabricated an overhead console to house the vehicle electronics. There is also a color back-up camera system installed to ease parking maneuvers. E-track has been installed to add versatility to the interior. A galley is found in the center of the interior complete with microwave and refrigerator. Under counter horizontal tubes for tank storage have also been included. Adjustable aluminum box pan shelves provide additional gear storage. Two telescoping light poles plus two telescoping tripod lights have also been included. Wall mounted Streamlight charger and flashlights are included.

An Onan Commercial Quiet EFI 7kW generator supplies electric power to the vehicle. A low profile A/C unit has been installed on the roof to keep the interior cool.
