Chalis Rogers recently took delivery of his new tool truck and some features include a PACCAR PX-7 diesel engine with Allison 2500HS automatic transmission with air suspension and air brakes. Exterior upgrades include a lighted lower front valance and a workstation window on the driver's side, under cab lighting and Grover style air horns under the truck that utilize the truck's air supply. We also added dual 7" mitre cut exhaust stacks.
Inside the store, the 5-shelf interior is done in Oak in our Espresso stain. There is an Oak L-shaped desk with lighted knife display and drawer stack, window at the workstation as mentioned earlier, stainless steel counter top, flip-down jump seat, trash can and a refrigerator. There is also a hidden counter extension. There are three toolbox openings (88", 76" and 58") and smooth plate floor protectors in each opening. There is a single bank of VersaFlex drawers and a 39" wide overstock floor drawer. The flooring is a dark oak vinyl done in herringbone design.
The passenger side of the interior features a double repair stack with the top two drawers having egg crates and a broken tools drawer on the bottom. A carpeted hammer rack and a vise tray are above the double drawer stacks. We installed a glove/hand cleaner display above the entry door. An aluminum air tool ladder display was also installed. A 24" wide red and black powder coated socket center is installed and two deep floor drawers.
