Allen County Sheriff (IN) Incident Command Vehicle

Built on a Freightliner M2 106 two wheel drive chassis, the Allen County Sheriff Incident Response Vehicle features a 260HP Cummins B6.7L diesel engine with an Allison 2500EVS automatic transmission. Allen County designed their vehicle with two LDV-fabricated flat floor slide-outs for additional interior workspace. The vehicle is easy to deploy thanks to our Intel-I-Touch™ vehicle automation system. Complete automatic start-up and shut-down in integrated into the easy to use touchpanel. Extreme Duty body storage compartments have been integrated into the body for additional storage. A non-locking rear mounted mast with perimeter IP camera system has also been installed. To stabilize the vehicle on scene, a leveling system has also been installed. A pass-through to the cab is also included in this design. We also custom fabricated a weatherproof exterior workstation which houses a large 55" QLED 4K display monitor. Inside, there is a front workroom with four workstations, custom aluminum cabinetry and magnetic surface dry erase white boards. The center of the vehicle features a galley with microwave, refrigerator and Keurig® coffee maker for convenience. A large electronics rack has been installed to house Allen County's equipment. In the rear of the vehicle is a conference/collaboration room complete with spider base task chairs and a fixed center table with fold down leaf. Flip down bench seating has also been installed. A JBL Control 2P compact powered reference monitor system has been installed in the rear conference room for audio needs. A complete HDMI matrix switcher is installed to feed a number of different sources to the monitors. We also prewired the vehicle for the customer radios.
