Our Commitment to Quality Construction

We are fortunate to employ a lot of different people with some diverse backgrounds and each of them contribute to the custom vehicle process in their own way. Recently, we made the rounds through all of our departments to highlight the work they do and our commitment to building the best custom vehicles in the industry.


Our build crews for our special service vehicles create custom vehicles for different government agencies, local law enforcement, mobile medical units, commercial specialty vehicles and more. Some of these unique vehicles include bomb/EOD, catastrophe response, dive, DUI/BAT, emergency services, mobile command centers, mobile crime labs, and SWAT/Rapid response vehicles. Our mobile medical vehicles include blood donation, audiology, dentistry, mammography, and general medical vehicles. We got our start with Snap-on building tool trucks for their franchisees over four decades ago. Our crew members install walls, ceilings, floors, cable, batteries, and other components in these tool trucks. Our refurbishment department is tasked with updating pre-owned trucks with necessary components and maintenance items before they are sold. They inspect and check pre-owned trucks from top to bottom including the liftgate, doors, batteries, A/C systems and more.


Our CAD designers create the interior and exterior drawings for you new custom vehicle. They ensure all of the required specifications are accurate and that every component will fit within the vehicle space. They also assist our sales team with producing detailed drawings for you, the customer, to review before selecting a custom vehicle manufacturer to build your new truck.


Our fabrication department builds our extreme duty body storage compartments, slide-outs, exterior workstations and much more. Their handiwork with metal can be seen throughout all of the trucks we build! Scroll through photos below to see welding, installation of steps, and more.


Our woodshop is responsible for the construction of custom cabinetry, counter tops, drawer stacks, shelves and more. This team utilizes table saws, nail guns and more to get the job done. Our graphics department takes care of printing and mounting custom specialty truck graphics or Snap-on tool truck graphics. Scaffolding is used to reach the high areas of the trucks. Scroll through images below to see how the jobs done.


Our detail department finishes up the last steps. All the cleaning and polishing of the trucks exterior and interior gets done here. Polishing tools, gear and cleaning supplies gets this job done. Take a look below.

Our parts department is responsible for unloading incoming shipments, cycle counting, filling part orders, maintaining/organizing the parts room and delivering parts to the shop area to keep the production flow constant. This team utilizes a forklift and much more. See images below.
