New for 2022 – LDV Stock Series Bookmobiles!

LDV’s commitment to outreach continues with our new Stock Series bookmobiles. Built on a Ford Transit 350 cab chassis, the bookmobiles feature 3.5L V6 engines with a 10-speed automatic transmission. The custom dry van bodies feature swing out side doors on each side, rear step bumper and 2×6 shiplap pine flooring inside. Custom modular aluminum shelving system has been installed in each vehicle.

Acore book shelves with a 15° slantback are utilized for media. Durable laminate is used for the workstations inside the vehicles. A spider base task stool is also included in each bookmobile for a staff member. Bright LED scene lighting has been installed for after hours operations. A 40″ 4K Ultra HD Smart TV monitor with wall mount bracket is included in each vehicle on the curbside exterior compartment. An addition 5-ft table and bench combo is included and is foldable for easy transport.
