LDV began in 1977 serving Snap-on Mobile Tool Store Franchisees. When you work with independent entrepreneurs, you quickly learn how important it is for them to be on the road. After all, if their vehicle isn’t running properly, they cannot successfully operate their business.
Since LDV “grew up” with this philosophy, the transition to Special Service Vehicles, Luxury Corporate Coaches, Mobile Medical and a host of other commercial specialty vehicles was easy. LDV’s service team responds to every call, 24 hours-a-day…and the request isn’t routed through an answering service or treated with an “open ticket.” The skilled service individual speaks directly with the user to determine the symptoms and identify a solution.
We understand that for our customers, nothing is more important than staying on the road. With a network of drivers who deliver vehicles across the country each month, an expert is always near. When a problem cannot be solved over the phone, a driver is deployed to the scene to help remedy the situation as soon as possible.
