LDV Limited Part Warranty Order Policy

LDV is committed to providing the best service and support in the industry. If you have received a defective product form LDV, or wish to return a product that is not defective, please refer to the following policy, effective May 1, 2005:

LDV is committed to providing the best service and support in the industry. If you have received a defective product form LDV, or wish to return a product that is not defective, please refer to the following policy, effective January 1, 2008:

Defective Products

  1. When you have determined the product delivered to you from LDV is defective, contact one of our Parts Specialists at 800-558-5986 and alert them of the problem.
  2. LDV will provide you with an RMA number for the defective product. An RMA number MUST be included with the returned merchandise, and the RMA number must be clearly visible on the box.
  3. Return the defective product to LDV within 30 days of receipt of purchase. A credit will be issued after the defective product is received at LDV, or we cannot process the credit.
  4. Place your order for a replacement part. LDV will invoice you for this product after the product has shipped. Please note that LDV will prepay the outbound ground freight charges incurred. If you require next-day air freight delivery, you will be charged the difference between ground and air freight charges. LDV will pay the portion of what the order would have cost to ship ground.

Non-Defective Products

  1. A return of any merchandise for reasons other than a defect or error by LDV will be charged a 15% restocking fee. LDV does not pay the return freight in such cases.
  2. LDV will provide you with an RMA number. An RMA number MUST be included with the returned merchandise.
