GSA: the General Services Administration’s (GSA) Federal Supply Service awards Federal Supply Schedule contracts by competitive procurement procedures for more than 50 schedules that cover multiple commodities and services. The prices reflected on GSA schedule contracts are the most favored customer (MFC) prices and the maximum price allowable.

1122 Counter Drug Program is for purchasing equipment for counterdrug activities using the same formulated discount as GSA. Each participating state designates a State Point Of Contact (SPOC) to administer the state's activities under the program, by validating the counterdrug mission of each procurement request, and ensuring the availability of funds. To date, forty-five (45) states have elected to participate in the 1122 Program.
